FRP Grating allows safer passage on a barge.
In the last few years, we have accomplished some exceptional projects. One of which was to supply FRP materials for the construction of access on board a marine barge. The main concern was naturally achieving structural integrity and resistance to salt water corrosion. As a result, GratEX® FRP grating was specified for developing the access system of the barge.
We assured our client that FRP is hardwearing and strong enough to carry heavy loads. We also helped them to understand that FRP has a long and proven history of overcoming adverse conditions and it is more than capable of meeting their corrosion resistant goal.
