Flexibility of ArchitEX™

From Fabricated Profiles to Fiberglass Structures

Treadwell’s pultruded FRP profiles can be easily and effectively integrated into the hierarchy of any framework. These include the specialised options of a range of fibreglass beams, plates and columns. Fibreglass plates, angles and panels are specifically created to withstand the harsh conditions when exposed. These FRP profiles associated can be appropriately customised and strengthened with added pultrusions into the structure. This process involves the fabrication of various composite structures with constant and varying cross-sections. Pulling out the reinforced options alongside the fibres and resins can be an effective alternative involving vinylester and epoxy.

Complete building FRP structures can be created using FRP profiles which in turn increases design life in challenging environments. Typically, fabricated Fibreglass structures include column structure, beam structure and plate structures. These fabricated FRP components are found mostly in walkways and platforms, cage and ladder application, loading and floor platforms, pollution control system roofs and covers and various other areas and uses.
