Treadwell Group is aware of the need to minimise the impact of our operations on the environment and has implemented a systematic management approach to controlling waste and minimising pollution of the environment.

Purpose

To address our impact on the environment through a systematic set of objectives.

Scope

This policy covers the activities, products and services carried out by all Treadwell staff and management, including sub-contractors.

Policy Statement

We will:

  • Comply with all relevant Acts and Regulations to ensure that the workplace is safe of risks to health or the environment;
  • Minimise waste through recycling excess materials where possible;
  • Dispose, control or treat waste product in a method to prevent pollution;
  • Actively worke as a collective towards minimising our environmental impact on installation sites;
  • Consider environmental factors when designing, fabricating, and supplying our FRP products;
  • Ensure that the environmental policy is effectively implemented; and
  • Hold all employees accountable for their specific responsibilities to adhere to this policy.

Environment & Sustainability policy

Treadwell Group takes a proactive stand towards making environmentally-friendly decisions in relation to decisions and actions undertaken at the work place.

It is our policy that:

  • Waste is minimised, and excess material, if any, is recycled, where possible.
  • All refuse and waste product is disposed of, controlled or treated in a method to prevent environmental pollution.
  • Efficient use of resources is vital to the continued success of our operations and allows us to serve our clients effectively.
