FRP jetty delivered at Millstream
There are many national parks at Millstream which boasts a landscape of rolling hills, tree-lined watercourses, and spectacular escarpments. While specifying the jetty at an aquifer in the park, the regional council requested a long lasting and durable material that would match the landscape.
Treadwell was eventually contracted to supply FRP grating not only because of the non-corrosive characteristic of FRP which could withstand most of the weather in the region, but also because of the anti-slip surface on the grating and nosing as an added safety feature.
What stood out the most was the ability to infuse into the pigment a customized red to match the soil colour and blend into the landscape. Treadwell has the unique capability to colour match any RAL colour for any project.
